Shipping Questions

Willowcrestia® ships orders from China to all 50 U.S. states and international destinations worldwide.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and item.

After review, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate. For confirmed delivery issues caused by our error, Willowcrestia® will cover the related handling costs.

Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested and approved before an item is sent back.

For non-quality-related returns:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days after delivery.
  • The product must be unused, clean, complete, and in its original condition.
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days after approval.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
