8. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 business days
Orders are shipped from China to all 50 U.S. states and international destinations worldwide.

9. Shipping Charges and Free Shipping
Standard shipping is US$2.99 per order.
Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal over US$29.97 qualify for free shipping. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes, if applicable.
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Willowcrestia® covers applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT for international orders where such charges arise in connection with delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and cooperating with reasonable carrier or customs requests.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be requested and approved before products are sent back.
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused, clean, complete, and in their original condition.
Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days after approval. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

12. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund and cover the related handling costs.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to discuss an alternative or cancel the unavailable item and issue an applicable refund.
