All Willowcrestia® orders are shipped from China.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and international destinations worldwide. There are currently no specific destination restrictions, although delivery may be affected by carrier availability, customs procedures, or local delivery conditions.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed on business days only. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, customs clearance, weather, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping: US$2.99 per order
  • Free shipping: Orders with a discounted merchandise subtotal over US$29.97 qualify for free shipping.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes, if applicable.

Customs, Duties, Import Taxes, and VAT

Willowcrestia® covers applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT for international orders where such charges arise in connection with delivery.

Customers should provide accurate delivery and contact information to help prevent customs or carrier delays.

Order Address Changes

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.

Address changes generally cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, the shipping address usually cannot be changed.

If you need to request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will review the request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after order placement.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package. Willowcrestia® is not responsible for delays caused by carrier scanning or tracking-system updates.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe because of:

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the local carrier.

If the package still cannot be found, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the matter with the carrier and determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Any relevant tracking or delivery information

After review, Willowcrestia® may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund. If the issue is caused by our error, Willowcrestia® will cover the related handling costs.
