Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

2. Return Conditions

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a refund.

4. Return Shipping Deadline

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to customer preference or a change of mind:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any applicable customs, handling, or return-related charges paid by the customer are not refundable unless required by law.

For returns caused by our error, such as a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, Willowcrestia® will cover the applicable handling costs.

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery if:

  • The wrong product is delivered
  • Parts or accessories are missing
  • The product does not match the order

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label
  • Any visible damage or missing components

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error, Willowcrestia® will cover the related handling costs.

8. Refund Review

After we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

The inspection and refund process will generally be completed within 5–10 business days after the return is received.

If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

9. Refund Amount

If a return is approved:

  • The eligible product purchase amount will be refunded.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable for customer-preference returns.
  • Discounts or promotional amounts will be handled according to the terms of the original order.

If only part of an order is returned, only the approved returned item amount will be refunded.

10. Non-Refundable Situations

12. Exchanges
